This short film started as a simple workflow test, exploring character consistency across AI-generated scenes. Somewhere along the way, the process shifted. The characters began to feel real, the moments more intentional, and the experiment naturally evolved into a love story with a subtle fairytale thread running through it.

What started as a 3-episode collaboration became a fantastic creative playground for testing how AI-native animation can deliver character consistency, visual storytelling, humor, and real heart.
What started as a playful story idea is quickly becoming one of my favorite ways to explore what AI can do best right now: expressive animation, visual storytelling, and fast creative iteration.
I’m continuing this series in collaboration with Hypernatural, which has been such an exciting creative partnership. Beyond creating the films themselves, I’m also working closely with their team to help shape and refine parts of the workflow, pushing how the tool can support more polished storytelling, stronger scene continuity, and more production-ready results.
It’s been incredibly fun to build something this charming while also helping define the process behind it.
